I took my wife to show her the ropes of oil changes. We spent 35 minutes of pure misery to get that oil change. One person in the pit and two wanderers up top. We were exposed to true confessions about their past drug use and fowl language start to finish. I use you because the price is good. But no more. We have ptsd from what we had to listen to. No way to run a business.

MY CAR IS GROWING MOLD! I brought my car in to be detailed, went out to it a couple of days later, and the inside is covered in mold. Brought it in to be fixed and my service fee refunded, and the woman that said she was the manager blamed me! She claimed that I was supposed to keep the doors open and windows down so the car would dry out, which doesn't make any sense (especially considering this is one of the most humid states in the country). Then complained that she was being talked down to, and told me I needed to google how mold grows. I know how mold grows and it is growing in my car because you didn't dry it out properly. I have contacted multiple car detailers who all confirmed that the inside of the car should be bone dry when the job is complete and the car sent home. Her and other employees continued berating and blaming us and then acted like she was doing us a favor by cleaning the mold up. I doubt they actually fixed their screw up, the mold probably will come back, and we most likely will end up having to pay another detailer. That is just how they screwed up the inside. When we got the car out into the light we could see where they had not actually gotten the car clean and just rubbed wax over it, part of which they didn't even buff off the car properly. I have no idea how this business has been open 10 years. It would have to have changed ownership, otherwise it would have been out of business a long time ago. Take my advice and go somewhere else. If you do still want to try them- take before pictures and have your lawyer on speed dial. I personally am going to see how many ways I can spread the word about their incompetence.

Customer service is superb here. They go above and beyond to please the customers. They are friendly and you can tell They know what they are doing. Very quick service as well. They dont waste your time. Jesse and Andrew are awesome. Get a free car wash too after an oil change and that's the chef kiss to it all. Hand car wash with great attention to detail. Car is always serviced right and sparkling clean when i leave there.

This car wash damaged my wheels on my truck. I would not send my car through this wash ever again. The owner would not take responsibility. I called the police to provide an incident report.

Went during the daytime and line wasn't long. The staff was friendly and my car was so dirty from mud but they went beyond to get everything off and cleaned the mats. I was very impressed. I am a happy customer and will be returning for sure.

Came to this car wash once it was good! Came back a second time because I liked it the first time second time around they completely skipped my car I left without it getting detailed from the inside I drove from Cleveland to Gainesville to get my car cleaned I asked for a refund they didn’t give to me instead told me to come another day at that to get my car cleaned am here now and still my car sat for at least 45 mins until just now someone is getting to it never will I ever come to this place again! The cap on my bumper where you would insert tow hook was lost, plus a German Badge on the car was bent. For $ 15 they didn't touch the inside

If I could give them 10 I would I was pulled over for my brake lights being out both of them tried almost a whole day to get it fixed with no luck figured I'd give them a try to see if they could help without having to pay very much they absolutely were able to do so I just want to say that if you're looking for any kind of car work and not sure if certain places do it just call them because if they can they will do anything to help will definitely be going back here thank you

I go here about every 2 months. Yesterday I went and when they told me my car was finished but was never vacuumed out (as they were supposed to). They few people that was cleaning my car were sooo rude to me. Apparently the new guy put me down for exterior only. I told them that wasn't my fault that he didn't know what he was doing. They ended up cleaning the interior of my car but intentionally did it terribly. When I got home I spent an hour fixing what they didn't do. Now thanks to ME my car is clean. The woman at the counter was helpful though.

Had vehicle detailed. They did a really great job. I go every 3 months to Gainesville and normally get the $28 wash in which they also do a great job. They do offer much cheaper washes but very detailed overall. It's worth it to pull out so fresh and clean.
